Don’t take anything from strangers on the Full Moon Party or close to the area. Go to a nearby restaurant to get something to eat as you never know the intensions of a stranger.

Drug laws are strict in Thailand and police seems to enforce more during these kind of parties.
Do not take any drugs from strangers! It would even be better to don’t do any drugs at all.

There are even story’s of undercover police. Be aware for those who do drugs!

A lot of alcohol will be poured and as we all know alcohol dehydrates our body’s.
Make sure you drink some water in between.

Guys: most of the guys will do there business in the ocean as its free. They also can go the the bathroom at one of the bars or restaurants.

Girls: The bars and restaurants will ask you a small fee 10-20 Bath to use the Bathroom. Make sure you got some spare change.

Fire rope skipping and limbo already is dangerous and even more when you had a lot to drink.
It is not wise to do these activity’s and a lot of people get burns from these events.

There are a lot of stalls offering different designs. Prices range from 50 to 250 Bath depending on the design.

If you can paint/draw yourself you could get some UV paint at the local supermarket and do it yourself.

You can book an accommodation and stay the night. Make sure you book in advance because the accommodation are usually fully booked close to the party. Most accommodation have a minimum of 3-7 day stay.

Party all night and take the first (or later if you feel like it) ferry home. If it’s possible leave your bags at someone who you trust close to the party.

If your lucky enough you could try to stay the night with your hookup.

 

 

You don’t have to book any transport in advance.
Tickets for the Full Moon Party and transport (taxi / speedboat / ferry’s) are widely available.

If you would like an accommodation close to the Full Moon Party you should book in advance. Most of the accommodations are fully booked close to the party.

Speedboats and taxis are available all night. Speedboats are crowded and we advise you to go a bit earlier.
The sea is not as rough and the boats are less crowded.

We advice you to not sleep on the beaches close to the Full Moon Party.
It can be dangerous and your personal belongings could be stolen!
